2. Can you design a logo for me?

Of course, yes! Our experienced team of designers would be happy and proud to create a unique logo for you.
Please send us any ideas you have: a rough hand-drawn sketch, screenshots, or pictures. This will help us create something special just for you.

3. To which countries do you deliver and what are the costs?

We do ship worldwide.

As long as UPS and USPS deliver to your location, there’s no issue.

4. Can I use my steel stamps for marking hardened steel?

Do not attempt to use your steel stamp for marking hardened steel. Hardened steel products cannot be stamped with steel stamps.

5. Can I use my metal stamp for the hot forging of mild red steel?

Yes, absolutely!
These steel stamps are perfect for marking your blades while red hot during the forging process.

6. How long will my stamp last, and how many imprints can I get?

The answer depends on several factors: The material you’re marking, the frequency and volume you’re stamping, as well as proper use and care.

7. What file format should I provide to make a stamp?

We prefer vector formats (SVG, PDF, EPS, AI, CDR) but, if you don’t have one, you can send us any files you have (JPEG/JPG, TIFF, PNG, RAW, PSD, BMP).

8. How my order be processed?

  1. Upload your design file. We accept vector files (SVG, PDF, EPS, AI, CDR) or high-resolution images (JPEG/JPG, TIFF, PNG, RAW, PSD, BMP). You can send your design to sales@stampsworkshop.com.
  2. Choose the widest side of your design. If you can't find the size you want on the list, please send us a request.
  3. Approve digital proof. We will send the layout to your email address within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  4. Production will begin. Production will be completed in 1-2 days after you approve the design.

9. Questions about your order?

You can check your Order delivery status on the appropriate page on top of the home page https://stampsworkshop.com/apps/parcelpanel. Provide there your order Tracking Number or Order number in case you’re registered as a customer in our store.
